Is this a chatbot?

A chatbot answers the message and that's where its job ends. Respondo answers too, with your real business information, but what matters is what comes next: the quote that went unanswered gets picked back up, the appointment is actually booked, the payment is recorded, and you get a dashboard showing where each customer stands and what needs your attention today.

Can it book appointments when I have several professionals?

Yes. The customer can ask for 'anyone' and the system assigns whoever is free, or pick the person they always see. The hours offered are cross-checked against each professional's schedule, their blocks and their Google Calendar. If we can't read a calendar, those hours are not offered.

What happens with the photos and voice notes people send me?

Nothing gets lost. The conversation is logged with the attachment, and when what the customer sends needs a person to look at it, the conversation goes to your team with a summary, straight away. The files stay in your dashboard: WhatsApp deletes them after 7 days and we archive them before that, so the receipt or the photo is still there when you need it.

Does it help if I run Meta ads?

Yes. If your ads open WhatsApp conversations, Respondo knows which ad each one came from and what happened next: whether they asked for a quote, booked, bought and how much was collected. We do not publish or pause your campaigns: we read your account and tell you what's working. And someone who arrives without an ad is not given an invented origin.

Can I decide what it answers and what it doesn't?

You set the limits. What it answers on its own, what it always hands off and to whom, during which hours, in what words and what it must never say: you define all of that when we map out your business, and it changes the same day you ask.

How does the 14-day free trial work?

Accepted Answer

We set your digital team up and running on your channels and you try it for 14 days without paying anything. Setup is included at no cost. If you like it, on day 14 you activate your monthly plan. If it does not convince you, you pay nothing and there is no commitment.

Does it work on Instagram and Facebook too?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Besides WhatsApp, Respondo handles Instagram direct messages and questions from your Facebook page (Messenger), all on Meta's official platforms and from a single place.

Do I have to change my numbers or accounts?

No need. We work with the accounts you already have — WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook — through Meta's official route. During setup we walk you through exactly how we get it running.

Is it safe for my accounts?

Yes. Respondo is a verified Meta Tech Provider: Meta reviewed our company and our platform before authorizing us. We prioritize Meta's official routes and protect the security of your WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook accounts in every implementation.

What does being a Meta Tech Provider mean?

Accepted Answer

It means Meta reviewed and formally approved us as a Tech Provider: they verified our company, our platform and how we handle your customers' data. In practice it means we connect your WhatsApp Business, Instagram and Messenger with access authorized directly by Meta, not through a third-party workaround that can get your account blocked, and that we work within the platform's rules.

How long does setup take?

It depends on your catalog and how complete it is. Once you send us your products and prices, we move fast. Message us on WhatsApp and we will give you an estimated timeline for your case.

Can I still reply myself whenever I want?

Accepted Answer

Of course, and you don't have to open anything to do it: if you reply from your own phone, the assistant goes quiet in that conversation and won't talk over you. From the dashboard you can also read any chat, reply yourself and hand it back whenever you want.

What happens if the bot does not know something?

If it does not have the information or it is a special case, it does not make things up: it hands the conversation to a person on your team. We would rather it says 'let me connect you with someone' than give a wrong answer.

How much does setup cost?

Nothing: setup is included. It covers mapping your business, loading your real catalog and prices, configuring your AI employees with your rules, your scheduling and booking page if it applies, connecting your channels through Meta's official route, and testing and adjusting until it works the way it should. You only pay your monthly plan, and only after the 14-day trial.

Are there extra Meta costs?

Yes, and it's worth saying plainly: Meta charges for the use of its official channels, and that charge goes directly to your own Meta account, on your card. It doesn't go through our invoice. This is the market standard and every WhatsApp provider works this way. Two things work in your favour: messages you or your team write from your own phone don't go through the platform and aren't charged, and conversations that start from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad are free for 72 hours. Apart from that, the only thing we bill you is your monthly plan, plus the per-conversation surplus if you go over your plan's cap.

What do I need to get started?
