What does being a Meta Tech Provider mean?

It means Meta reviewed and formally approved us as a Tech Provider: they verified our company, our platform and how we handle your customers' data. In practice it means we connect your WhatsApp Business, Instagram and Messenger with access authorized directly by Meta, not through a third-party workaround that can get your account blocked, and that we work within the platform's rules.

Can I still reply myself whenever I want?

Of course. Your AI employees handle things for you, but from your dashboard you can read any conversation and take control whenever you want. You never lose direct contact with your customers.

What happens if the bot does not know something?

If it does not have the information or it is a special case, it does not make things up: it hands the conversation to a person on your team. We would rather it says 'let me connect you with someone' than give a wrong answer.

How much does setup cost?

It covers mapping your business, loading your real catalog and prices, configuring your AI employees with your rules, your scheduling and booking page if it applies, connecting your channels through Meta's official route, and testing and adjusting until it works the way it should. You only pay your monthly plan, and only after the 14-day trial.

Are there extra Meta costs?

Meta may charge for the use of its official channels. In our plans that cost is already covered within the conversation cap included each month. Only if you exceed the cap is the surplus charged per extra conversation, at the rate stated in your plan.

What do I need to get started?

Basically two things: your list of products or services with prices (in whatever format you have, even a spreadsheet) and the accounts where your customers message you (WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook). With that, we handle the rest during setup.
