Ask her what's going on in your business

Isabel doesn't talk to your customers: she talks to you. She has already been through the conversations, the calendar and the payments, so by the time you ask she has seen it. She answers with the exact figure and with the customer's own words — and if the data isn't there, she tells you.

What it looks like

You write to her like you'd write to a colleague

No commands, no filters, no building a report. And every answer comes with the concrete facts it rests on.

isabel, how are we doing this week?
47 new conversations, 12 more than last week. Five people are waiting for a reply, the oldest since Monday. And three enquiries came in about something you don't have loaded — I'd start there. High certainty
What it rests on
  • 47 conversations in the last 7 days · 35 in the 7 before
  • 5 open handovers · oldest from Monday the 8th
  • 3 enquiries with no service attached
which thing don't I have loaded?
Saturday pickup. On Sep 6 a customer wrote "are you open Saturdays for pickup?" and it went unanswered. I don't have your Saturday hours, so the assistant doesn't either: that's why it handed the conversation over instead of answering. High certainty
and how much did we sell through instagram this month?
I don't have that. I know what was collected in total this month, but it isn't broken down by source: that would need attribution connected. If it helps, I can tell you how many conversations came in through Instagram. I don't know

Demo conversation between a business owner and Isabel. The shape of the answer — text, supporting facts and certainty level — is the real one.

What she already has in view

Eight things she knows without you telling her

She isn't a search box with a face: these are blocks the platform has already computed, and she receives them every single time you ask her something.

Overview How the period is going Conversations and messages, compared against the same length of time before.
The situation Who is waiting Open handovers, with the reason and the summary the assistant left.
The situation What's coming up Appointments ahead, with name, service and status.
Overview What's paid and what isn't Charges issued and unpaid, with how many days they've been open, and what was collected this month.
Overview Where each customer stands The pipeline by stage and the tags that come up most often.
The situation What closed, and on what evidence The closes the system detected, with the text that backs them.
The situation Who ended up upset Kept separate on purpose: it's the thing that can't be missed.
Her memory What people always ask The patterns she distilled night after night from the conversations.
The rule that makes her trustworthy

She doesn't work out the figure

When Isabel says "47 conversations", that 47 came from the platform, already calculated, and it's the same number you see in your reports. She uses it as-is: she's not allowed to recalculate or add things up by eye.

Facts come with their backing. If she tells you a customer complained, it goes in quotes and with the date. She doesn't ask you to take her word for it.

And her judgement does count: she can recommend where to start or say what she'd do. But it's clear which part is a fact and which is her opinion — "I'd start with…", "what strikes me is…". An employee who only repeats figures isn't much use.

Every answer declares its certainty
High The answer stands on its own from what she has in front of her.
Medium She has part of the answer. She tells you which part, and what's missing.
I don't know You asked about the business and the data isn't there. She says so plainly and explains what it would take.
Every night

She learns your business

Every night she distils the day's conversations looking for facts that will still be true in three months: what people call your products, what they always ask, what they object to, which price gets quoted most.

And she counts how many separate nights each thing came back. A 1 is an anecdote; a 12 is a pattern. After three months she knows your business better than the manual you never wrote.

When she gets it wrong

You correct her, and your correction wins

If she says something that isn't right, you tell her. That correction is stored and outranks everything else — the figures and the conversations included. If something contradicts it, she doesn't argue.

That's the difference between a tool you put up with and an employee who gets better.

How she's built

  • She works inward. She's the only one on the team who doesn't talk to your customers: she answers to you. If she's wrong, you correct her — it isn't discovered by someone who was going to buy.
  • She's yours, not the team's. She reads the full conversation history, so the permission is owner-only. That's deliberate.
  • She talks about your business, not documents. What she knows comes from what actually happened inside Respondo: conversations, sales, bookings and payments, with the figure and the date it came from.
  • She lives inside the dashboard. Not another app to open: she's where your conversations and your numbers already are.
