Respondo for healthcare

The appointment your front desk didn't get to nobody got.

Dental, medical and veterinary practices: Respondo answers prices, cover and availability, books with the right practitioner and confirms the appointment. It doesn't touch anything clinical — that always goes to your team.

A clinic's front-desk staff talking with a patient at the counter

This is what happens before your front desk even notices: the administrative question is answered and the slot is already booked.

What happens today

Your front desk does three jobs at the same time

08:40

Three patients at the counter, the phone ringing and eleven messages coming in. The counter wins, because it's the one looking at you.

13:20

The morning's messages get answered. Four never reply: they found an appointment somewhere else while they waited.

21:15

In come the enquiries from people who just finished work. Nobody will see them until nine tomorrow.

None of the three is fixed by hiring a faster receptionist. They're fixed by taking off the counter what doesn't need a person.

A complete conversation

Books the appointment. And knows when to stop talking.

The same patient asks for a slot and, along the way, asks a clinical question. Watch what Respondo does with each one.

hi, do you have any slot for a dental cleaning this week?
Hi! Yes. I have Wednesday at 4:00 pm with Dr. Rojas or Friday at 11:30 am with Dr. Peña, and I can confirm the price for a cleaning. Which one works for you?
wednesday. also can someone check a tooth that's been hurting for days?
You're booked for Wednesday at 4:00 pm ✅ About the tooth, I'd rather not tell you anything: that has to be seen by the practitioner. I'm passing your case to the team right now so they can answer.
Sensitive topic

The conversation is left waiting for a person. The assistant stops replying to this thread until the team picks it up.

Carolina · Front desk Hi Diego, this is Carolina. We'll look at that tooth in the same Wednesday appointment, Dr. Rojas will check it. If it hurts before then, call us.

Demo business with fictional data. The handover and its label are the ones the real platform uses.

The part that matters to you

What Respondo never answers

In healthcare, an assistant that improvises isn't a service problem: it's a serious one. Respondo gives no clinical guidance, interprets no symptoms and has no opinion on treatments. When something like that comes up, the conversation stops being its own and is flagged in your platform with the reason.

Sensitive topic

Symptoms, diagnoses, medication, test results. Anything that is clinical judgement.

High amount

Expensive treatments or long plans, where a wrong figure costs you the patient's trust.

Asked for a person

The patient asks outright. No insistence, no workarounds: it gets handed over.

Sent a voice note

A patient recording a voice note about a symptom wants to talk to someone. The conversation goes to your team with the file and the context, so they never have to repeat themselves.

These labels aren't marketing copy: they're what your team will read in the platform when a conversation lands in their hands.

The scheduling

If we can't confirm a slot is free, we don't offer it

It's the rule that governs all of Respondo's scheduling. Offering a slot that was already taken costs a clinic far more than not offering it.

Each practitioner, their own diary

The patient can ask for a specific practitioner or let the system assign whoever genuinely has that slot free.

With your Google Calendar

If a practitioner's calendar can't be read at that moment, their slots simply aren't offered. Free is never assumed.

Two patients, one slot: impossible

The database prevents it, not a prior check. Even if two people confirm in the same second, only one ends up with the slot.

A reminder before the appointment

No-shows drop when the patient gets a message in time, not when the front desk manages to call.

After the appointment

The patient reschedules themselves

Every appointment gets its own link. If the day no longer works, the patient goes in and changes or cancels without messaging anyone — and that slot goes straight back into availability, instead of being lost because nobody got around to telling you.

For your front desk, every reschedule that resolves itself is one call fewer and one chair filled.

After the booked slot

Tino doesn't decide what matters, alone

Each role exists because the one before it has a limit. That's how your whole conversation gets covered, from the first question to knowing what happened.

Tino Tino Answers and books

Vera Vera After the appointment
